Scholarship allow us to celebrate and recognize your achievements! The University of Waterloo Entrance scholarships 2021/22 are available if you’re starting full-time first-year degree studies and are beginning university or college for the first time.
The aim of this scholarship is to help international students who are not financial stable to partake and further their education through this program.

Scholarships are awarded in mid-May once we receive updated grades from Ontario high schools. Details will be listed in your Waterloo Quest account starting in mid-May. Look for the Entrance Awards tab beside the name of your program.

Application Procedures
How to Apply: Most scholarships do not require an application, but there are some exceptions (more information at the scholarship official webpage). You can apply for the University of Waterloo Entrance scholarships when you have enrolled for admission or you will be automatically award a scholarship based on your eligibility.
English Language: Every applicant is expected to know how to speak and write English fluently. Those that are not good can undergo a year English language course before diverting to their normal course.
